Woodstock Bourbon is a no fuss drink which reflects the people who consume it. Boasting a third of the organisations $200M turn over, we are looking for an experienced marketer to take ownership and lead the category. With a shift in marketing strategy from a very BTL focused organisation to aggressive ATL marketing campaigns this newly created role will offer the opportunity for an experienced FMCG brand marketer to assist in this unique transition.
Reporting to the GM of Marketing, this person will champion the bourbon brand portfolio domestically. This autonomous role will see you involved in developing brand and strategic marketing plans as well as NPD and promotions. You will liaise with external agencies and work closely with the sales teams to achieve brand objectives and launch new products. This role has one direct report.
We are looking for an energetic and driven individual who is keen to make their mark. You will have experience building brands in a large corporate FMCG organisation and must be analytical, as well as detail oriented, in order to see your brand plans through to execution. This is a highly autonomous role so you need to be self reliant and robust in nature. You will need to be a great communicator and presenter who has a strong understanding of the consumer market. A tertiary marketing qualification is an advantage.
