My client has an immediate need for a CRM Systems Analyst responsible for the performance and integrity of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This position is critical in ensuring they have the tools necessary for keeping customer contacts, companies and industry specific information up to date and accessible at all times.
Key accountabilities include:
- A good understanding of databases and their structure as well as understanding the principle behind the different relationships between various tables
- Be able to design & run queries over databases using multiple tables to identify any data accuracy issues
- An understanding about data relationships between tables, importing and exporting of raw text data to and from text files.
- Be able to manage a database to ensure a high standard of accuracy and integrity
- Ensure the CRM is available for staff across all sites and key stakeholders.
- Planning and coordination of CRM development and enhancements.
- Ensure information is accurate and maintained.
- Coordinate implementation and maintenance of the CRM with vendors.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with a CRM system
- Sound judgement, initiative and self motivation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate information to a variety of groups at different technical skill levels
