Do you want to work in a dynamic large corporate environment, with a young, energetic team? This is a great 3 - 6 month contract working for a leading NZ brand. The role will be paying an hourly rate between $45.00 - $55.00 per hour depending on experience.
This position is primarily responsible for establishing budgetary control and reporting across the business. You will have strong forecasting and budgeting experience and outstanding communication skills, as you will be liaising with a lot of people across the organisation..
Your key responsibilities will include: -
- Liaise with team members to establish budgeted costs for each area of the business unit
- Ensure coding of costs is appropriate for the accounting rules agreed for the projects
- Report actual versus budget information in accordance with internal requirements
- Revise existing budget/ forecast reports to reflect latest available information
- Provide detailed analysis as required to support ad hoc information requests relating to the projects
- Creating complex budget models using Excel
This is a great opportunity for the right person. The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified and a member of a professional accounting body. A minimum of 5 years commercial experience, strong Excel and previous experience with SAP is essential.
