An opportunity has arisen for a Communications Researcher to join the Marketing and Corporate Affairs team based in Auckland.

Reporting directly to the Customer Relations Manager your main responsibilities is to conduct various qualitative market research projects in order to assist the Leadership Team in identifying opportunities, threats, industry trends, product lines and customer satisfaction. You will be required to provide timely comprehensive reports and have the confidence to present these to Senior Management/Executives, delivering appropriate recommendations for action.
Critical to the role is your ability to produce reports which will assist the business to achieve strategic objectives as well as ensuring regular engagement and consultation with other business areas to identify and recommend areas for improvement. You will be accountable for ensuring information gathered is complete and accurate and is provided timely.
The successful applicant will demonstrate research experience combined with strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to develop key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be an energetic, high achiever who demonstrates a strong ability to relate to others with a superior customer focus.
