An exciting opportunity has opened for a Customer Business Manager to join and assume responsibility for managing and growing two major Petrol accounts. We are looking for a passionate and high performing sales star to work within their key accounts team. Reporting to the National Key Accounts Manager your responsibility is to manage and grow long term customer relationships, set and execute promotional strategies, negotiate trade terms, implement category strategy and improve the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability.
The successful applicant will have already gained experience in an account management role within a major FMCG company. Due to the importance of the role, you will have enjoyed significant success to date with a proven track record of growing business. You must also be degree qualified and thrive in a work hard play hard atmosphere.
Your understanding of sales disciplines and account management are key to making an impact, as is your ability to think strategically. You'll already have gained exposure to a relatively structured sales environment and therefore developed a methodical approach to setting strategy and identifying issues and opportunities.
