Our IT Division is looking for a vibrant and dynamic to join this successful and expanding area.
As a consultant, you will build a network of clients and candidates, developing great relationships around which you will focus your business. You will assess candidate skills through interview and make recommendations around career development and advancement.
You will meet with clients to gain an understanding of their organisational structure and business strategy so you are in a position to advise the best way to source the appropriate candidates in the short, medium and long term. Then its up to you to negotiate commercial terms, project manage and deliver an appropriate recruitment solution in a timely manner.
