With a directive to maintain their current market position as a commercially and technically superior brand, they are currently looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to be a significant member of their highly regarded client relations team.
Reporting to the Manager Customer Relations you will be responsible for managing a small but high value portfolio of corporate clients; your primary focus is to ensure the growth of and profitable relationships within your key clients.
You will be confident to successfully analyse the business needs of your clients and deliver complex value propositions to them that will produce profitable outcomes. Furthermore you will comfortably leverage internal and external relationships to ensure the ongoing relationship between your portfolio accounts and head office.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to;
- Deliver superior value to clients through the alignment of needs
- Develop robust strategies to drive retention within existing accounts
- Identify opportunities for up-sell and cross sell for flagship corporate offerings
Key responsibilities include:
- Development of key account plans
- Manage client forums to facilitate the implementation of new products
- Ensure compliance of mandated product and service standards
You will possess a proven track record in a complex corporate environment and understand the complexities around card payment solutions and the related issuing and acquiring stakeholders. Financial services and banking experience will be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will be tenacious, motivated and results focused. You will possess outstanding influencing ability and a commercially sound negotiation style. Strong financial acumen and tertiary qualifications will be beneficial.
