As an Investigator you will be investigating complaints and referrals relating to insider trading, market manipulation, false or misleading conduct, substantial security holder disclosure and other breaches of securities law. You will gather market information from share brokers, investors and other market participants and analyse the investigations data.

Working closely with regulatory authorities, you will be an experienced communicator who is confident at preparing reports and carrying out Commission inquiries.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years experience in investigative work and preferably hold a relevant tertiary qualification.This role will suit individuals who are results focused, as well as possessing a high level of integrity.
