We have an exciting opportunity for an immediately available contractor to work within this instantly recognisable brand in a vibrant corporate office.

In conjunction with the Office Manager, you will be responsible for controlling and coordinating a range of diverse administrative and front office functions, for example maintaining office supplies and liaising with suppliers, and assisting with organising team events.

To be successful in the role, you must have an excellent phone manner, possess strong communication skills, enjoy helping people and be able to use their initiative (be proactive). They will bring enthusiasm and a positive energy to the role which complements a good corporate presence.

Experience in dealing with clients by telephone and in person in a professional environment is a must, exhibiting a high standard of attention to detail, personal presentation, time management and being a team player is essential.

Selection Criteria - Essential

- Previous corporate experience in a corporate front office position
- Highly-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills to deal with clients, candidates and employees in an efficient and courteous manner
- Must be reliable and maintain confidentiality
- Attention to detail, accuracy
- A proactive and can-do attitude
- Computer literate, in particular has intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
