In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the IT Server infrastructure within a very large & complex environment. Be part of a close knit, highly specialised team you will be exposed to the latest technology & a variety of technical complexities.
To successful in this role you will have:
- 5+ years experience as a Systems Engineer
- Strong experience in an enterprise environment and Windows Server Virtualisation
- Solid understanding server technologies (Citrix, Windows, VMWare etc.)
- MCSE qualified
Responsibilities will include:
- 3rd level support
- Building & configuring OS, System utilities & network connections.
- Research & recommend software & firmware changes for all desktop & server products
- Maximizing customer satisfaction (Internal business units)
