Technical Account Manager - Architecture

You will build and maintain relationships with architects, architectural designers and group home builders and will ultimately be responsible for ensuring solutions are specified on plans and incorporated into finished buildings.
The role of Technical Account Manager enables greater support and services to key clients and profile leading brand products. You will build and maintain relationships with architects, architectural designers and group home builders and will ultimately be responsible for ensuring solutions are specified on plans and incorporated into finished buildings. Further tasks include technical advice to a range of clients and support for the sales team.
You will be a strong team player and driven by success with a desire to deliver beyond the clients expectations. You will build credibility in your field and act as a brand ambassador for this organisation. Being a personable and engaging team member, you will have strong skills in building relationships and rapport with colleagues across teams. You will have strong communication skills and high levels of self motivation. With potential career development, we are looking for someone who is ambitious in nature and strives to succeed.
The successful candidate will ideally hold a New Zealand Certificate qualification in Draughting (or equivalent) together with at least two years experience in a residential design environment. Mastery of a CAD design system such as ArchiCAD, Revit, AutCad is advantageous.
