Service Manager - Testing

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for configuration, support and managing the testing teams.
The role will encompass regular customer contact ensuring that service and quality standards are maintained. You will have a strong customer focus with an emphasis on enhancing clients experience and building strong and open relationships.
You will have direct engagement with third parties, integration providers, report managers and have responsibilities of managing the team on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for your team to adhere to SLA's, budgets and financials.
To be successful in this role you will be versatile, self directed and possess exceptional communication skills. You will also be personable and be a natural relationship manager. Specifically, you will have at least 5 years test management experience and have a solid understanding of technology and its practical application. You will have a proven background managing testing teams and delivering testing solutions throughout the business.
