Experienced 1st level Support Analyst required for my client based in the central city. Personality and team fit are important for this young and energetic team.
Please note the hours of work will be rostered shifts 24x7.
In order to progress any further you will need to meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years working in 1st level support
- Windows support experience
- Must have strong Active Directory, Exchange and Citrix skills
- Related IT Qualification
Along with:
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail, and ability to work in a variety of customer situations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong call control/call management and follow-through skills
- Resourcefulness, flexibility, sense of urgency, and with a positive can-do attitude
