For this role you will need to eliminate stress and provide certainty for our client's customers. You will achieve this by ensuring a timely and customer-centric approach.

Most of all, you can deliver with passion on the following responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the customer contact during the "life span" of the claim
- Minimise internal and external costs through effective claims management and information gathering
- Ensure and maintain a high standard of customer service to eliminate stress and create certainty for the customer
- Ensure prompt resolution of claims issues
- Provide and obtain accurate information necessary to make decisive informative decisions
- Ensure adherence to policy coverage and sound claims processes

The successful candidate will have:

- Energy, passion and a real desire to make a difference in our organisation
- Previous home and contents claims experience is essential
- Ability to negotiate successfully
- Excellent communication skills (both oral & written)
- Ability to think outside the square to find solutions and overcome challenges
- Detail conscious, systematic and highly organised
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
