A new position is available for a Business Analyst/Scrum Master to join a large organisation in the financial services industry.
With a minimum of five years experience in a Business Analyst position, ideally from a development background, you will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the SDLC and already possess strong skills in facilitating solutions for key projects.
A key part of this role will be overseeing and manage the delivery of related application changes and to undertake analysis and specification of business requirements. You will be working on medium and large sized projects. You will be analysing and evaluating business requirement, mentoring and coaching other Business Analyst and documenting processes, requirements and system functions.
To be considered for this role you must have:
Significant practical experience in scrum master activities.
A broad technological knowledge and a strong understanding of project work, system development, testing and implementation.
Ability to manage and improve business processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to deal with stakeholders/clients (internal and external) at all levels.
