Our client is a market leading multi-national organisation supplying technology-based products to various different sectors throughout New Zealand. They currently have a great opportunity within their Marketing team.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this is a critical role for the division and will be responsible for maximising sales revenue and contributing to the achievements of the division's management plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of detailed product marketing plans relating to price, product and promotional requirements
- Providing and managing sales forecasting, monitoring daily sales and analysis process
- Conducting product training to the retailer sales team, internal sales and service staff
- Communicating with export teams and head office regarding product development, market trends and market pressures
Ideally tertiary qualified, the successful candidate will have a proven track record within product management within a consumer branded goods environment. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to build strong relationships right across the business units.
Your professionalism and ethical approach together with a high level of attention to detail and sense of urgency will ensure your success in this role. A passion for technology and some previous experience in SAP will be highly regarded.
