We have a unique opportunity to work for an iconic New Zealand Insurer. TOWER has been helping New Zealanders protect and grow the things they value over 140 years.
As the Head of Investigations and Fraud you will contribute to the success of TOWER through the development and implementation of proactive investigation and fraud strategy and a fraud programme focused on the prevention and detection of fraud/corruption. This position will also include responsibility for implementing strong disciplines for investigators and the claims recovery unit.


With 4 direct reports, the Head of Investigations and Fraud is responsible for creating, selling and implementing TOWER's fraud risk framework within NZ and the Pacific, including design and development of policies and procedures to combat all fraudulent and other criminal activity. This also includes working closely with and providing advice to the Executive Leadership team and management of other fraud and investigation issues.


To guarantee your success in this position you will have at least 10 years corporate fraud and/or police investigation experience, with a good understanding of the application of insurance law. Your strong leadership and interpersonal skills will inspire and influence key stakeholders and ensure the effective functioning of a team.
