Our client, a well known organisation, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their dynamic, friendly and hard-working team.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a providing advice, support and HR services to all areas of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will ideally have 3-5 years experience and have worked within an FMCG or manufacturingorganisation. You will have extensive experience in dealing with ER issues and have a sound understanding of NZ HR legislation.
You will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and be highly organised as you are used to working in a fast paced environment. This role requires you to be highly resilient and to think on your feet.
