Robert Walters Named Best Agency For Online Services

Robert Walters in Ireland was named the Best Agency for Online Services for the second year running at a gala awards ceremony held on Friday November 25th in Dublin.

The panel of judges commended Robert Walters for the launch of several initiatives, including a salary checker iPhone app, dual-language websites, dedicated websites for Irish professionals returning from Bermuda and professionals interested in working abroad. Robert Walters’s innovative use of social media tools including Twitter and LinkedIn were also cited as key differentiators when selecting the winner.

The award was judged on a selection of criteria including the visibility and online market profile of the Robert Walters Irish website, easy navigation and overall site design, search engine optimisation, employment information beyond the basics and adherence to web standards and accessibility guidelines.

The National Recruitment Federation establishes and maintains standards and codes of practice for the recruitment industry in Ireland and holds the annual Recruitment Industry Awards to recognise excellence in recruitment.
