We are currently seeking a detail orientated and results driven Credit Officer with expertise in account reconciliation for high volume customers to join our team. You will ideally have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks as necessary and demonstrate managing complex accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries
- Collect and monitor outstanding debts
- Processing Direct Credits and Bank Statements
- Processing manual invoices
- Month End responsibilities
- Recommendations on debtor settlements
- Ad hoc work as required
Key Requirements:
- You must have NZ experience in a similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Highly motivated, problem-orientated and an eye for detail
- Immediately available
