A fantastic Payroll Manager position has just become available in a Auckland City location
Our well-established client is urgently seeking an experienced Payroll Manager who can hit the ground running. The role is located in a fantastic central Auckland location paying $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience, requires someone who has proven experienced working within an environment with high volumes of both salaried and waged staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee payroll for 1000+ staff
- Actively partner with the Human Resources team on all payroll related employee life cycle events
- Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll runs
- Prepare and send payments electronically
- Maintain the filing of payroll documentation
Key Requirements:
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of accounting applications
- A minimum 3 years of experience using Pay Global
- A minimum 2 years recent New Zealand experience in a similar position
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
