Accounts Payable Administrator

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to make an impact in a dynamic finance team? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our client on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving. You’ll play a key part in supporting our client's finance team during a period of system transitions. This client is looking for someone who can help manage manual tasks efficiently while contributing valuable insights to improve workflows.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day financial tasks such as paying bills, processing expense claims, reconciling statements, and handling credit card documentation.
  • Supporting the team through system transitions and ensuring smooth operations during this period of change.
  • Answering queries from colleagues across the business, so strong communication skills are essential.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy – you’ll be working with numbers and documentation that require precision.
  • Experience or interest in system transitions would be helpful but not essential.
  • Someone who aligns with their values and is approachable, as many people rely on the finance team for guidance.
  • Junior-level candidates are welcome.

The Details:

Contract Length: 6 months (fixed-term)

Hours: 32 hours per week across 4 days (flexible working available)

Salary: $68,000-$70,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Start Date: Flexible - ideally before Christmas to ensure a handover.
