What you'll do:


As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational finance system. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the shared mailbox, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and professionally. You will also be tasked with completing scheduled tasks in Oracle Financials, requiring your meticulous attention to detail and efficiency. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the finance team will be a key part of your role, along with maintaining high levels of customer service at all times. Working collaboratively within the team, you will adapt to changing priorities and tasks as required, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment.

  • Manage and triage the shared mailbox ensuring all queries are addressed promptly
  • Complete scheduled tasks in Oracle Financials accurately and efficiently
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the finance team
