What you'll do:

As our Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our financial management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the daily operations of our accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, preparing financial statements for various stakeholders, developing budgeting processes to support our business planning efforts, monitoring our cash flow and overall financial health. You will also be responsible for coordinating with external auditors as well as establishing internal control policies. Your analytical skills will be crucial in analysing our financial data to provide strategic recommendations that will drive our profitability and operational efficiency.

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with company policies
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning and decision-making
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial health of the company
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies
  • Establish and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Analyse financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management for improving profitability and operational efficiency

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Finance Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in managing financial transactions. Your strategic planning capabilities will be key in developing financial strategies that align with our company's goals. Familiarity with internal control procedures is essential to ensure the integrity of our financial operations. Technological proficiency in financial management software and tools, as well as advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, is also required. Lastly, your ability to assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies will ensure our company's financial stability.
