Project Finance Manager

Blackpearl is looking for an experienced operational finance professional to join the team and take ownership of key operational finance activities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys driving process improvements.

What you’ll do:

• Integrate US subsidiary operations into Group Finance.
• Lead credit control: quickly get up to speed and document processes for greater efficiency.
• Implement a system for credit card issuance and invoice OCR scanning, ensuring seamless integration with Xero.
• Manage daily cash and forecasting: oversee bank accounts, monitor cash flow, and prepare accurate forecasts.
• Support ad hoc operational finance tasks to assist with workload and special projects.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of operational finance (AP/AR/credit control) and cash management.
• Experience with Xero and financial systems integration is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
