Company Accountant

This role focuses on accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and supporting commercial decision‑making. You’ll work closely with Finance and key stakeholders across the organisation in a collaborative environment.

What you’ll do

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
• Manage month‑end processes such as journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyse financial performance against budget and prior periods, providing clear variance commentary
• Monitor key cost drivers and identify opportunities to improve financial performance and controls
• Partner with operational leaders to translate financial results into practical, commercial insights
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, incorporating volume, seasonal, or operational trends
• Assist with year‑end statutory reporting and liaise with external auditors as required

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or similar
• CA/CPA qualified
• 3-5 years’ experience in accounting, ideally in hospitality
• Experience with accounting systems and advanced excel skills
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or commercial analysis
