The Corporate arm of this trustee and financial services market leader is looking for a Senior Manager to run their Client Services team.

This company is a well known provider of independent prudential supervision of managed investment schemes and other financial products for the benefit of investors in New Zealand.

About the role:

The Senior Manager will manage a team that serve as the point of contact for fund management clients in helping them minimise risk to their investors. The products concerned are Kiwisaver, superannuation funds, unit trusts and debt securities among others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Client Services professionals
• Provide leadership in development of strategies, policies and practices
• Work with compliance manager to minimise risk and attend to regulatory compliance
• Get involved in business development
• Stay aware of FMA requirements

Key Requirements:

• Managerial experience in a fund management or trustee company
• Working knowledge of relevant financial markets legislation
• Ability to understand financial statements and reports
