Senior Digital Business Analyst

This Senior Digital Business Analyst will be joining a Digital team that's embarking on big change for 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves a challenge in delivering impactful outcomes!

What You’ll Do
  • Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Gather, validate, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows across various squads.
  • Customer & Business Journey Mapping: Map end-to-end customer and business processes (e.g., reverse mortgage origination/servicing) to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and discussions with business SMEs, operations, compliance, product teams, and technology teams to align scope and requirements.
  • Solution Design Support: Collaborate with Solution Architects, Test Engineers, and vendors to ensure functional requirements are clearly translated into solution design and delivery.
  • AI & Automation Readiness: Support the design of requirements that enable automation, AI-driven workflows, and data integration for improved efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all requirements comply with CCCFA, AML, and other applicable regulations.
  • Delivery Support: Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT support, and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Program Alignment: Ensure all requirements connect back to program objectives and transformation outcomes.
You’ll also provide guidance to other Business Analysts while defining best practices across transformation initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
  • Multiple years' experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or digital transformation programs.
  • Strong expertise in requirements elicitation/documentation (Agile methodologies), process design (BPMN), epics/user stories creation.
  • Experience in loan origination or reverse mortgage products (desirable).
  • Exposure to AI platforms or automation tools (e.g., Pega or Genesys) is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders across operations, compliance, product teams, technology teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills – able to translate complex requirements into clear deliverables.

  • Functional BA expertise – proven track record of delivering on major transformation programs.
  • Digital transformation knowledge – experience working on origination or customer engagement platforms.
  • Financial services understanding – especially mortgages/lending within compliance-driven environments.
  • Problem-solving mindset – ability to optimize performance through innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration – strong teamwork across technical/non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability – thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
