About the Role

As the Finance Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in executing functional and cross-functional finance transformation initiatives aligned with our strategic roadmap. You’ll be instrumental in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging technology, and driving operational excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Champion continuous improvement by embedding system-first solutions and operational excellence.
• Maintain a centralised view of the finance transformation roadmap, tracking dependencies to inform sequencing and timing.
• Strengthen risk and issue management by identifying common themes across initiatives and system releases.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and shared ownership of outcomes.
• Mentor and guide functional subject matter experts (SMEs) for cohesive programme delivery.
• Develop and maintain SOPs while operationalising processes for consistency.
• Identify emerging technologies to shape scalable processes and skills for the future.
• Build readiness across teams for system adoption, ensuring capability uplift.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to track progress and surface strategic insights.
• Refine transformation approaches based on feedback and evolving business needs.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience leading finance transformation projects from conception to completion.
• Hands-on experience with ERP system implementation.Oracle Fusion preferred, but experience with substitutes like SAP or similar systems is highly valued.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on benefits tracking and realisation.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities at senior levels.
• Deep knowledge of finance systems within international business environments.
• Professional accounting qualifications (CA, CPA or equivalent) are highly desirable, although candidates that have strong background without the qualifications may still be considered.
• Strategic thinking paired with analytical problem-solving capabilities.
