This is a hands-on role managing complex, cross-functional projects that support enterprise-wide transformation and upskilling programmes. You’ll work closely with instructional designers, change managers, product managers, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality delivery outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing the full project lifecycle for multiple learning and capability pathways

  • Developing and maintaining delivery plans, schedules, and backlogs

  • Tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring on-time delivery

  • Facilitating Agile delivery while applying appropriate governance frameworks

  • Leading stakeholder engagement and communications across all levels

  • Coordinating workshops to gather requirements and support delivery

  • Managing project reporting from project level to enterprise level

  • Ensuring quality assurance processes and smooth operational handover

  • Proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies

You’ll take ownership of delivery outcomes, ensuring clarity of responsibilities, effective planning, and strong collaboration across teams.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years’ Project Management experience across Agile and traditional delivery

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end transformation projects

  • Strong planning, analytical, and organisational skills

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication ability

  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across complex environments

  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality delivery

Desirable:

  • Experience delivering enterprise-level learning or LMS projects

  • Formal Project Management qualification (PMI or equivalent)

Why apply?

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a major learning and capability transformation programme. You’ll work in a collaborative environment, driving meaningful change that directly supports workforce development and organisational growth.
