Change Lead and Change Analyst contracts

Are you passionate about driving organisational change in complex environments? We are seeking talented professionals for two key roles within a major transformation programme: Change Lead and Change Analyst. These roles will play a critical part in ensuring the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across this iconic Kiwi brands global operations.

The Roles

1. Change Lead

As the Change Lead, you will design and deliver end-to-end change strategies, ensuring stakeholders are ready, willing, and able to adopt new processes and technologies. This senior role involves leading impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and readiness activities while managing overlapping project releases.

2. Change Analyst

Reporting to the Change Lead, the Change Analyst will take a hands-on approach to delivering change activities. You’ll support impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and go-live readiness to ensure smooth transitions for impacted teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in large-scale transformation programmes (e.g., ERP implementations).
  • Experience supporting change initiatives in technology or process transformation programmes.
  • Strong background in managing change within complex supply chain or operational environments.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and change planning.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate insight generation and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., PROSCI) are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings when required for offshore collaboration.
