Change Manager

As a Change Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive and manage change initiatives across the organisation. You will play an integral part in developing strategies to manage resistance to change, whilst ensuring smooth transitions during periods of change. Your ability to monitor and report on the effectiveness of these initiatives, whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation will be key!

What you'll do:

  • Drive and manage change initiatives across the organisation
  • Develop strategies to manage resistance to change
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition during periods of change
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation
  • Provide training and support to staff during periods of organisational change


What you bring:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Change Management roles
  • Varied Change Management Engagements across multiple organisations
  • Formal Change Management Qualifications (highly advantageous)
  • Strong Understanding of Change Management frameworks & methodologies
  • Ability to develop and implement effective change strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in providing training and support during periods of organisational change
