  • Drive best-practice health and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance across warehousing and field operations.

What You Bring:

  • Knowledge of supply chain logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • A mentorship-driven leadership approach, fostering professional growth and team cohesion.
  • Understanding of equity-focused initiatives and challenges faced by marginalized communities, particularly Māori and Pasifika.
  • Strong problem-solving and change management skills, with the confidence to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide for on-site programme oversight (expenses covered).

What They Offer:

  • The chance to play a key role in scaling a high-impact, values-driven organisation.
  • Flexible working conditions that respect your whānau, community, and personal commitments.
  • A supportive and accessible leadership team, including the CEO and Trust Chair.
