Change Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Change Manager for a 12-month fixed term role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to guide a significant organisation through their ERP upgrade from onPrem to cloud. This role requires someone who can identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and foster a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As Change Manager your primary focus will be on monitoring and supervising changes to business processes, job roles, and structures. Responsibilities as follows:

  • Monitor and supervise changes to business processes, job roles, and structures influenced by the upgrade to cloud.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programmes.
  • Lead process improvements and facilitate post-implementation reviews.
  • Promote a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

The ideal Change Manager will bring proven experience in managing organisational change. You will possess excellent communication skills for motivating individuals and managing stakeholders. Requirements as follows:

  • Strong change management skills with a focus on engagement and communication.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
  • Customer service experience and support skills.
  • Understanding of accounting and finance processes and their business interactions.
