A fantastic new opportunity to join Robert Walters as an HR Coordinator working alongside a local and international HR team.
- Recruitment coordination and facilitation of employment contracts
- Facilitate probation and employment letters
- Assist employees with remuneration and payroll queries
- Monitor probation periods for employees and assist with quarterly appraisals
- Assist with the termination process and associated administration
- Ensure full compliance during the employee cycle and general HR administration
- Ongoing maintenance of the HR database and monthly training calendars
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR administrative or business support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
- Experience in working with confidentiality and meeting deadlines
- Proactive approach to developing procedures and process improvements
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite
