Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, practical, and responsive HR support within a global business. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with all members of the HR team, ensuring that administrative tasks are delivered efficiently to the business. What you'll do:


As a Human Resources Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, commercial, practical and responsive HR support to the business. You'll work closely with all members of the HR team, ensuring that administrative tasks are delivered efficiently. Your duties will span across various areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR administration and more. You'll also play a key role in supporting international and national initiatives as well as HR projects.

  • Support team members with recruitment related tasks including drafting position descriptions and adverts, advertising roles on appropriate channels, screening applications and assisting with drafting interview guides and coordinating interviews
  • Coordinate induction for all new hires, booking rooms, booking hosts/presentations and liaising with Business Services Groups
  • Provide guidance to the people on HR policies, procedures and entitlements
  • Manage the administrative aspects of our learning and performance management system (AKO)
  • Ensure data is correctly captured and reported on
  • Coordinate the organisation of regular events
  • Update the HR pages of the intranet site
  • Support with internal communications
  • Keep accurate records and ensure accurate filing of electronic documents

What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Administrator role will bring a wealth of experience in HR administration duties within a professional services or partnership environment. You'll have a tertiary qualification in HR, Law, Business or a related discipline. Your interpersonal skills will be top-notch, allowing you to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships with ease. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be second to none, and you'll thrive under pressure, demonstrating resilience and robustness in all situations. Above all, your ability to apply discretion, judgement and maintain confidentiality will set you apart.

  • Exposure to HR administration duties preferably in a professional services/ partnership environment
  • Tertiary qualification in HR , Law, Business or a related discipline preferred
  • Down to earth with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, resilient, and robust
  • Demonstrated ability to apply discretion, judgement and maintain confidentiality
