A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a growing team during exciting times.
A strong telecommunications brand is going through exciting periods of growth. As a result, they are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Payroll Officer to join their high-performing HR team.
- Provide advice on HR processes and policies
- Support the HR Manager with ER related issues and cases
- First point of contact on HR related queries
- Draw out disciplinary letters and documentations
- Assist with performance management and improvements
- Coordination and administration of Payroll
- HR related coordination and administration
- 2 - 3 years experience in an HR role, ideally at advisory level
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead diff cult conversations
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
