About the company: One of New Zealand’s leading professional services firms are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team! As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing generalist HR services to all staff, Managers and Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to P&C continuous improvement initiatives
- Coach junior HR colleagues on solving ER issues
- Provide guidance to HR Administrators regarding the end-to-end recruitment process
- Ensure completion of documentation for payroll purposes
- Contribute to and implement P&C frameworks and policies
- Increase & enhance P&C’s contribution & presence to the wider business
About the role:
The Senior HR Advisor will be a part of the People & Culture team, responsible for contributing to all P&C duties, including Employment Relations, payroll, recruitment, and continuous improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of correct processes when dealing with complex ER cases
- Knowledge of relevant and current NZ employment legislation
- Ability to build strong working relationships, internally and externally
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a HR generalist Advisory role is essential
- Prior experience working in a professional services environment would be desirable
- Tertiary qualification within HR is desirable
