Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead their HR strategy and enhance the company culture. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design and implement effective HR initiatives aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce, promoting a collaborative company culture, and managing both internal and external communications. This position offers a flexible working model with three days in the office and two days working from home.

What you'll do:


As a Human Resources Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the workforce and promoting a collaborative company culture. You will have the opportunity to lead the HR strategy, aligning it closely with the business goals. Your role will involve collaborating with managers to understand skills needed for various roles, maintaining compliance with local employment laws, supporting administrative requirements, and fostering a collaborative environment. Additionally, you will manage both internal and external communications effectively. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on an amazing organisation while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

  • Lead and execute the human resources strategy defined with the senior leadership team, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Prepare human resources plans to support short and longer-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with Managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Maintain knowledge and compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Support the Finance Department for payroll, insurance, administrative requirements.
  • Cultivate the company's culture and enable productive collaboration among staff.
  • Manage all communications within the company and externally

The ideal candidate for this role brings proven experience in leading HR strategies aligned with business goals. You have a strong understanding of local employment laws and can maintain compliance effectively. Your ability to collaborate with managers across different departments sets you apart. You also have experience in managing both internal and external communications efficiently. Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to foster a collaborative environment within the organisation. Furthermore, you can handle sensitive HR questions professionally.
