Senior Human Resource Advisor
Our client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to set up the HR function from scratch, manage stakeholders, and contribute significantly to the design of a new strategy for the next three years. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, establishing policies and processes, and managing employment relations. If you are looking for a challenging role where you can make a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The role will be over 4 days a week to start.
As a Senior Human Resources Advisor, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will have the unique opportunity to set up the HR function, ensuring that it aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Your excellent stakeholder management skills will be crucial in fostering strong relationships across the organisation. You will oversee all aspects of recruitment and onboarding, ensuring that the best talent is attracted and retained. Additionally, you will establish and implement effective HR policies and processes, manage employment relations, and review current systems in place.

Your strong business acumen enables you to understand organisational needs effectively. A background in Health & Safety would be an added advantage.
