Senior Human Resources Advisor
Our client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor to join their inclusive and collaborative HR team on a Fixed Term Contract basis, starting asap! The role forms a key part of the HR team. The Senior HR Advisor works alongside and supports the HR Business Partner and the HR Administrator, all reporting into the Head of HR.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Human Resources Advisor, your role will be integral to our client's HR team. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding the business and its priorities to deliver on the people agenda effectively. Your role will involve managing diverse activities and projects autonomously while also acting as a specialist across various HR areas. You will partner with relevant national stakeholders across Auckland and Wellington offices, supporting them with numerous HR activities and initiatives. Building strong relationships within the business will be key to your success in this role.
- Support the delivery of the people agenda across the New Zealand firm
- Build strong relationships which provide both support and challenge
- Manage a range of activities and projects with a high degree of autonomy
- Act as a specialist across various HR areas including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Management, Graduate Recruitment, Diversity & Inclusion, Mobility and various Projects as required
- Build strong relationships with colleagues across the firm and develop a network of connections within the International HR team
