HR Business Partner
Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for driving strategic people initiatives and fostering a winning organisational environment? We are seeking an experienced People Partner to join our well known global client. This is a standalone role where you will play a pivotal part in deploying strategic HR objectives, supporting change management, and providing expert advice on employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the NZ People agenda aligned with global HR strategies.
- Provide guidance on employment relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and change management processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders, coaching them through complex situations and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Manage HR cycle activities such as performance reviews, reward processes, and talent reviews.
- Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers to identify high-potential talent.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
- Analyse people data to provide insights that inform decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness.
- Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR (e.g., generalist roles, employment relations, or talent management).
- Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation; multi-market exposure is a plus.
- Proven experience managing employment relations cases, including investigations and reorganisations.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS/HRMS) and proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Exceptional planning, execution, and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively.
- A tertiary degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
