Additionally, your role will involve managing provider relationships to ensure quality, time, and cost measures are met.

• Identify learning and development needs aligned with the company’s goals
• Plan, coordinate and implement effective training programmes
• Evaluate the success of learning and development initiatives through feedback analysis
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality internal learning materials
• Provide facilitated learning, coaching and mentoring as required
• Manage provider relationships ensuring quality, time and cost measures are met
