The Corporate Audit function at a large consultancy is looking for a Resource Allocation and Assessment Manager. The successful candidate will be tasked with optimally allocating staff to audit engagements among other strategic responsibilities to ensure that team output is as efficient as possible. This position reports into a Partner and there is an administrative assistant who will report into this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership to allocate resources to engagements
- Assess operational risk (training provided) and provide support in managing these risks
- Set up clients within internal systems
- Support team with monetary admin work
- Support team with onboarding, set up, assembly and reporting of data
- General ad hoc work as required
Key Requirements:
- Experience in professional services within administrative or operational role ideal
- Experience with people management ideal
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong intuition skills and go forward approach
- Attention to detail and the expertise to take on multiple concurrent tasks
- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- Confidence to work with high level staff
- Computer literate
The Resource Allocation and Assessment Manager role is for someone who is an eager and quick learner and looking to advance their career. Understanding of people, organisational skills, and effective communication are your current key strengths but you are keen to develop these further among other skills.
