People Experience Director (12-month FTC)

Our client, Gentrack, is seeking a People Experience Director for their Global Delivery team. What you'll do:

As a People Experience Director at Gentrack, you will play a key strategic role within the Global Delivery team. You will partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer, acting as an integral member of the Global PX SLT. Your role will involve strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, leading change initiatives, delivering high-quality results, fostering innovation and creativity, demonstrating commercial acumen, and promoting collaboration across teams. You will also have the opportunity to influence key people metrics such as engagement, employee surveys, development to increase the performance of the teams.
