A Financial Services organisation is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead their talent team.
You will be working for a fantastic Financial Services brand, based in the CBD. This is a company that values employees, people and encourages flexibility.
You will bring your strong leadership skills and experience to lead the recruitment function and develop the business strategy.
- Develop, communicate and implement the recruitment strategy in alignment with the business’ plans
- Lead the recruitment team to achieve business goals and work within budgets
- Develop and drive coaching and development opportunities for the wider team
- Lead and a manage a values-based culture that drives high performance and a positive environment
- Own the recruitment function for high level roles
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing teams in a recruitment function
- Strong experience in recruitment, in particular internal recruitment (8+ years)
- Experience in running training sessions, coaching and developing
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
