A Financial Services organisation is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator or Candidate Manager to join their talent on a contract basis.
You will be working for a fantastic Financial Services brand, based in the CBD. This is a company that values employees, people and encourages flexibility.
A fantastic opportunity for an immediately available recruitment coordinator in a strong brand. You will bring your end to end recruitment experience and hit the ground in a busy and varied role.
- Work alongside the Talent team and hiring manager to actively source for live roles
- Manage the end to end recruitment for the business as part of a team
- Work on proactive and creative sourcing for complex roles
- Screen candidates over the phone and in-person
- Experience in end to end recruitment in internal or agency
- Experience in proactive sourcing for talent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience as a candidate manager is advantageous
- The ability to hit the ground running
