About the company: One of the largest oral healthcare providers in New Zealand has an opening to join their team as a Recruitment Consultant! They are a supportive company that provide New Zealanders with the best healthcare but are also dedicated to growing and developing their staff – this job opening is due to an internal promotion! About the role: As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll be joining the People and Culture team of 12 here in Auckland CBD, who have a strong working relationship with the wider P&C team in Australia. Your main duty will be to source and select the best talent possible for all level of roles across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end internal recruitment, including, sourcing of candidates, completing background checks, onboarding, and the creation of contracts
• Ability to step into projects and assist with events throughout the calendar year
• Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and Managers to ensure you recruit and retain top talent and successfully recruit for their teams
• Provide proactive and strategic sourcing solutions to attract and engage the best talent, as well as make recommendations on process improvements and initiatives across the team
• Create engaging advertisements and post these to the appropriate job boards

Key Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience within a Recruitment or Consultant role
• Being accurate and detail orientated is advantageous
• Thrives within a busy and fast paced environment, and is motivated to self-development
• Has a solid understanding of relevant legislation and best practice recruitment methodology
