In your new role, you will be working alongside Robert Walters NZ's top performing perm recruiter to place legal professionals into new roles with our clients across private practice, in-house and public sector legal teams. You will play a key part in managing all aspects of the candidate cycle; you will build candidate pipelines, headhunt top talent, deal with specific candidate sourcing requirements and have direct engagement with professionals across the legal market.

-Ideally you’ll also have a law degree but we will also consider those with recruitment experience or those that have worked in corporate environments

What you'll be doing:

-Source new candidates for the business using a variety of methods
-Screen candidates over the phone and face-to-face
-Create company maps/profiles for headhunting purposes and conduct specific headhunting projects
-Post job adverts to attract candidates
-Cultivate a strong knowledge of the legal industry
