This role offers the chance to work closely with managers and senior leadership teams to design and implement workforce plans that align with strategic goals. The successful candidate will be involved in talent acquisition, retention, and development projects, playing a pivotal role in addressing resourcing challenges. What You'll Do:

As a Principal Advisor, Strategic Workforce Planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organisation's workforce strategy. You will collaborate with managers and senior leadership teams to create and execute workforce plans that are in line with our strategic objectives. Your expertisein identifying gaps through data analysis will be vital in developing effective solutions. Furthermore, your knowledhe of industry trends and emerging technologies will keep us at the forefront of strategic workforce planning. Your involvement in talent acquisition, retention, and development projects will directly contribute to our success.

- work closely with managers and senior leadership teams to design and implement workforce plans that align with strategic goals

- develop a comprehensive workforce strategy and annual workforce plan

- identify skills gaps and develop solutions through data analysis

- stay updated on industry trends and emerging tehnologies related to workforce planning

- work on talent acquisition, retention, and development projects

- serve as the organisation's expert on all matters related to workforce planning

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for the Principal Advisor, Strategic Workforce Planner role brings proven experience in workforce planning or talent management. Your strong analytical skills enable you to translate complex data into actionable plans. Your excellent communication and relationship management abilities allow you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

- proven experience in workforce planning, talent management or related roles

- strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans

- excellent communication and relationship management abilities

- superior project planning skills

- degree in industrial psychology or behavioural sciences, with statistical analysis or another related field is ideal
